1. When will my order ship?
Any order received before 2pm eastern time on a weekday will ship the same day. Orders received after 2pm will ship the next business day. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will ship the next business day. Overnight orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday. Please contact us if you require a Saturday delivery.
We observe the same holidays as our carrier, UPS.

2. How long will it take for my gift to arrive?
We ship from MA. Our standard shipping service is UPS Ground
service which takes 1-5 business days. You will receive an email
from UPS at the time of shipping to enable you to track your package
at any time on www.ups.com. You will also automatically receive an
email informing of the delivery date and time.
Please see the map below to find out how long your shipment will
take. Please note day 1 is counted as the day AFTER UPS pick up.

We offer overnight shipping on every day except Friday. Saturday
deliveries are restricted and incur extra costs from UPS. Orders to
Alaska, Hawaii or Canada will be shipped using U.S. Priority Mail
Postal Service which usually takes 5 working days.
We cannot be responsible for delays in transit due to weather or
acts of God/nature.
3. Can I arrange for overnight delivery?
We can ship your order overnight for an additional fee of $25.
Remember that we must receive your order by 2pm eastern time for it
to ship the same day. Overnight deliveries shipped on a Friday are
delivered on MONDAY - not SATURDAY.
4. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Yes! We do and we use the U.S. Mail service. Please email
customerservice@healingbaskets.com
so that we can prepare an estimate. Each country has different
requirements and charges so we are unable to process this
information online.
5. Can I return the bracelet?
Absolutely. We offer a no questions asked 30-day money back
guarantee. To return the bracelet please repack the gift in its
original packaging, include a copy of your order and mail it to:

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns and you
must pay for return shipping.
6. Can we get quantity discounts?
Please email
customerservice@healingbaskets.com with your request for an
estimate on orders of 5 or more bracelets.
7. Does Mobiusbracelets.com share customer information with
others?
NO! We promise to respect your privacy and will
not sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email address or
any other personal information to any third party. We will not use
any communication you have with us as testimonials without your
permission. We will only use your email address for updates on the
status of your order. If it's really urgent we will pick up the
phone and speak to you in person.
